There are a lot of things in our house that are not used by anyone and considered vain, however, we can refine them into something very useful and creative that could be used by us and everyone else by DIY. 

The word DIY stands for “do it yourself”, means making things by your own self using your creativity and by recycling the items that are now no longer in use.  

One of the benefits for using such items is that it helps us in controlling environmental pollution. We minimize the environmental risks of newly manufactured products by replacing it with the DIY products. 

By using the pre-loved items, we save our money also. In conclusion, it is good for our pockets, environment, and makes us creative too. 

Following are some of the easiest DIY (do it yourself) projects that anyone can try: 

DIY Use Soda Bottles To Plant Vegetables

Yes, you read it right, soda bottles can be used instead of regular pots to grow vegetables. Just cut the bottle from the bottom, fill the bottle with some soil, add seeds, hand it and water it regularly. You’ll get your desired vegetables in very little time without having to spend money on buying the pots.  

Make your own lip balm

Tired of chapped lips? Try making your own lip balm with almost everything that is easily available at your home. You need some beeswax, any kind of oil (preferably coconut oil or almond oil), and your favorite scent. Melt the beeswax and add oil and scent. Put it in a container and let it solidify. The Lip balm is ready.

Make Your Own Detergent

In case you ran out of your laundry detergent, try making one at your home. You need to mix equal parts of borax and washing soda and half part of a soap to get the laundry detergent.

We often get confused about identifying our room keys. No more confusion now, you can simply put different color nail polish on keys to identify them.

Ombre nails with a sponge

Not the end of the month of yet and can’t afford a luxury manicure. Try doing these ombre nails by yourself and you will love it. Use a sponge to create an ombre effect on your nails. Put some color on the sponge and lightly dab it around the tips of your nails. It will give the ombre look and you will be on your budget too. 

Make your own spray paint

This is the easiest and even the beginners can also do this. All you need to have is acrylic paint and water. Mix them well and spray paint is ready to use. 

Unblock your sink

Exhausted of a blocked sink, now you can unblock it by using the items that are easily available at your home. You will need baking soda, vinegar, and hot water. Mix baking soda and vinegar, pour in the solution in the sink and then pour a blast of hot water. Your sink will be unblocked. 

All of the above-mentioned DIY (do it yourself) are very economical, and you can also kick start your business by making your own projects.
